By the box:  $40.00 each
Shipping:  I have to ship UPS or FedEx ground.  Each box of cartridges weighs about 18 oz.  With packing into a small box, we are looking at about 1.4 lbs shipping weight for one box of cartridges, 2.5 lbs for two boxes.
Shipping will be $12.00 for one or two boxes.
There is no way to ship for less than $10.00 so even for single cartridges, it's going to be $10.00.
