M1880 Bulgarian Berdan

GENERALLY: The Russian Berdan was apparently adopted by the then newly autonomous Bulgaria. Any additional information would be appreciated.
PHOTO: The rifle shown is a M1870 Russian Berdan II manufactured by the Imperial Arsenal in Tula.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS: Stamped with the "Crown A" cypher of Alexander I.
